TD Information Technologies provides remote monitoring and management of your critical applications, workstation, servers, switches, firewalls, networks and databases. With this monitoring technology we proactively maintain your computer networks providing resolutions to most issues before our clients realize there is a problem.

TD delivers these monitoring services from a Network Operations Center (NOC) operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by certified engineers and technicians. It is only local, TD trained, certified and supervised technicians who manage your network, either remotely or on-site and relate to you, the end-user.
The three levels of Managed Network Services
TD’s Managed Network Services is available in three different levels – bronze, silver and gold.
Bronze:
Performance, Availability & Predictive Failure Monitoring. 24x7x365 monitoring of your computer network, including designated servers, managed networking gear (e.g. routers, firewalls, managed switches) and desktop PCs and notebooks. This includes monitoring backups. You will be notified of any incidents between standard business hours.
Patch Monitoring & Management. TD uses best practices to deliver proven patches to your servers, PCs and notebook operating systems.
Virus Definition Monitoring & Management. Anti-virus software is loaded onto your system and correctly updated.
Quarterly Review Meetings. Your TD account representative, along with appropriate TD personnel will meet with you on a quarterly basis to review our managed network services, its effectiveness and how technology is helping your company.
Reduced Service Rates. Bronze members receive a 20% discount off our standard service fees.
Silver:
The silver level includes all the benefits of the bronze program and:
System Maintenance. Basic system maintenance tasks will be performed either remotely or on-site.
System Administration. These tasks include resetting passwords, assisting with basic shared folder creation and the associated permissions, creating and removing users from the user directory, adding a printer to an existing workstation, minor software updates, etc.
Further Reduced Service Rates. Silver members receive a 33% discount off our standard service fees.
Gold:
Gold level support includes all the benefits of the silver program and:
Emergency Support – Systems problems or issues will be handled in the most appropriate and expedient manner.
Project/Integration Work – Project/Integration work is defined as any service designed to add or increase functionality or capacity; in other words, any work that is not designed to support existing systems or persons. Project/Integration work will be identified to the Client as such before any work is performed.
In other words, Gold level support includes all professional and engineering support services to maintain, support and upgrade your data network. The only costs you’ll have again for your computer network is hardware and software.
